The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS) serves people with disabilities of all ages through a continuum of services. These services are provided through 25 community offices, reaching residents in all 67 counties with the following four major programs:

•  Alabama’s Early Intervention System, birth to age 3
•  Children’s Rehabilitation Service,  birth to 21
•  Vocational Rehabilitation Service, teens and adults
•  VRS’s Business Relations Program, known as READI-Net (Resources for Employment And Disability Information Network)
•  State of Alabama Independent Living/Homebound Service (SAIL), serving individuals with the most-significant disabilities.
